Ah man, this build again! I did it in 3.23 and reached the equivalent of your PoB quite quickly, then had no idea how to take it further. Absolutely fantastic build, would love to see an end-game version!

I'm trying to run through and test out the most efficient builds on a tight budget, much like CaptainLance is sort of doing right now and GamerBinu (Korean streamer) has done in the past. Definitely had to start with this one just because it's so cost efficient. Any suggestions for ideas (even if they fail) are always appreciated.
