I used to try the butterfly kick in my concrete basement. It ended horrible one day lol. Landed on my arm and destroyed it. After watching this video, I did the butterfly kick 3rd try. It might help that I do Taekwondo now, but this vid still helped me improve. I can do all of the kicks in this vid pretty effortlessly now. Thanks man!

the front kick u showed isn't wrong but a better way would be is to kick from the ball of ur foot for more impact. to kick with ur toes is good for the groin kick tho

I’ve been doing taekwondo for 12 years. The first half are probably the ones that you would use the most often Most of those work pretty well in combat Except you would want to angle your foot to hit with the right part for each kick (which is something you don’t need to do in tricking) And also you wouldn’t want to kick so high because you would be aiming for an actual target
