I recently moved into a smaller space so I've been decluttering nonstop. Whenever I feel like giving up I just play your videos and continue to work. It makes me feel like I'm not alone in the process. Twice a month I do buy myself flowers and put them around my little house and it brings me joy. Opening the windows and letting the sun in is always nice but with this Texas heat sometimes I need to close the windows and turn on the AC 😂 I do always turn on my candles and I feel like I'm walking around a floral garden ❤ Thank you for making these videos they're really helping me a lot.

A great thing to do with the art that you have printed: take a paint brush with matte mod podge and brush it on thick. Making sure to show all of the brush strokes. Once it drys, place the art in a frame with no glass and it will look like an authentic painting! I’ve done it with 5 “paintings” around my house!

Okay, this sounds crazy, but it really works to refresh my home, esp. as part of spring cleaning (which I usually don't get to until the summer months). I take my dry Swiffer floor sweeper and "sweep" the walls in my home. I live in a place with textured walls and you would not believe how dirty/dusty walls can get. There is a moment of being grossed out that happens when I flip the cleaning pad over to see what is on it, but it is quickly replaced by a feeling of satisfaction. Then the little cleaning sheet comes off, goes in the trash, and the dirt goes out with the trash! Don't knock it until you try it. You'll be amazed (once the shock wears off). This chore is worth doing twice a year, but even once ever two years would be an improvement for super busy people.

All of the ideas sound great to me and I must say that I will do them as soon as I have decluttered everything. At the moment I have to sit because I had a bad fall and hurt my leg badly, but as soon as I’m allowed to start again I will. Even if it is just ten minutes a day I will be happy. I love flowers so they are already in my house always. Thanks again for all your lovely ideas ❤

I've reused so many candle vessels as plant pots and even used them as gifts (an inexpensive present that brings joy every time!) As much as I love my 60+ plants the myth that they filter the air is based on one old flawed study. It would take a room entirely filled with plants (as they did in that study) to get any filtering of the air. I really wish people would stop stating that plants can do that. They can do so much to improve your mood and beautify your home. But if you have cats/dogs do your research, some a toxic for our pets
