I became an introvert and even stopped combing my hair . I am afraid of men now even though I know not all men are bad . I am severely depressed . I nearly get unconscious when I see a crowded place and anxiety kills me Everytime because I was harassed in a crowded place and my parents just don't understand me. I am the elder most sibling in my family and I have many responsibilities but how can I fulfill them when I am not mentally stable enough 😭. Here are some tips ~get up at 5 every morning and do exercises and yogas ~you have to sleep at 7 or 8 Xd.. Aas it's very necessary.. ~Spend some quality time with your parents.. Or family.. Or you can chat with your loved ones if they are living out of town ~Hard work and Patience is necessary.. And do your studies at morning 6 or 5 whatever time you are preferring.. I am 15.8 years old. My life is so depressed😫... My father is in army and he comes to us only twice in a year... And my mother don't understand me at all... My loved ones has leaved me..
