I need some help, my budgie Chip constantly has panic attacks, he used to step up and now he’ll only go on for a second before going back onto the perch. He has also flew out of his cage three times, today was the third time. He panics, flies into the walls, and then falls down onto the floor. I’ve had to grab him the last two times because he wouldn’t step up, even when I offer millet.this time I put a blanket over him and then put him back. Any tips on getting him to step up again and make him calm outside of the cage. This is my third, almost fourth week with him.

I have a parrot, but I had to take my time on him to. Try hand feeding him his food or treats, or I just chill with him in your room alone. I hope this helped🤷‍♀️

Got two "rescue" conures that can get a bit upset/loud when you leave the room. Been playing this for them for about an hour while doing chores around the house and having lunch and pleased to see that they are totally relaxed and chilling out. The more active one who usually screams his name (YevGENI!!!) over and over is sitting on his perch quietly mumbling his name instead. Lol. Also hearing some of that contended "purring" sound. Great vid, thanks. :)
