Or even just explain like- (example) This serum would go on before/after your moisturizer. This sunscreen goes on before/after your moisturizer. I think it would help us get the most bang for your buck! Love you and look forward to more knowledge in the future!! 🦋

Personally, Australian Gold is a little too drying for the colder months but is PERFECT for the summer. It literally blurs my pores and I love the way it looks on my skin better than actual makeup. No one else on KZbin seems to be talking about it, so THANK you for being the one 💞🙌🏻
@Acidfunkish3 жыл бұрын
I tried the tinted one, and it only comes in 3 colours. It feels really satiny and nice, in summer... But I need more moisture, during the winter, and it does NOT layer well. 😣 Plus, the Fair - Light is way, way too dark. It should be named "Light to Light-Medium," or something, because it is DEFINITELY not okay on fair skin. It makes me look like just my face is tanned. Can't use it on my arms and everything, because even though it's water-resistant, it still will transfer pigment, a bit. 😕 It's not orange, at least... But it darkens my complexion a lot. I really wanted to like it! A one-and-done complexion product sounds friggin' amazing. If you're light to light-medium, it would probably look lovely on you. 👍🏻

It's a very generous tube. Has also lasted me almost a year and finally is almost gone. I wasn't using sunscreen regularly enough before but now that I am I'd say it lasts about 6-9 months if you just use a facial/neck portion and then use a clear or white sunscreen on your body.

Sulwhasoo, a Korean luxury brand, has a Time Renovature Emulsion which claims to have Korean red pine extract which is highly moisturizing and contains antioxidants. I was not sure why, despite the light watery texture, it felt more effective as an alleged 'anti-aging' product compared to the other lines like the basic balancing line till I realized that red pine also contains pycnogenol. Add to that the star ingredients of red ginseng extract and other Korean medicinal herbs for skin, and that might be why the product is rich.

Hi Cassandra, love your videos! Could you please do a video about these greek skincare companies like Apivita, KORRES, frezyderm? Have you ever tried some of their products? Thank you!

AliceintheRabbitHole has reviewed Korres (she's a consumer channel). I believe Dr Dray has reviewed one of the Frezyederm sunscreens.

I agree that the Australian Gold tinted sunscreen is awesome and I appreciate the different tints available for brown skin

Idk if this is a dumb question but can people with freckles use hyperpigmentation products? Or will it take them away too?
@irisita4293 жыл бұрын
Thanks for asking this! I’m always thinking about this as I have tons or freckles and don’t want them to fade under no circumstances. Hopefully someone knowledgeable can offer some insight 🤔

I would imagine it would fade them. If anything you could spot treat instead to avoid fading them.

I looooove B oil! I was hoping it was just oil + algae extract, but for a blend with a triglyceride base, it's top notch! And, tbh, some of the oils in it can be hard to work into skin, this definitely smooths out viscosity. I always mix a few drops of squalene with my 1st moisturizer, then some drops of B with my 2nd one, and if I need a third layer (they are good lotions, btw, but my skin & climate are both super dry), I can add some PGA to it. So far, my moisture barrier is getting stronger, I've even had a couple 1 lotion days when the temps were over 30F, thanks to the improvements in my barrier

And before the video, a 2 minute ad from SC Johnson promoting UV protection as part of work safety for road construction workers. This was just perfect!!!

I am about to start accutane and would love some cruelty free options for skincare! I just have had cerave and cetaphil recommended from my dermatologist. :)

I bought the Yes To one on clearance at Ulta and im glad i did.. My mask caused it to pill and when i went to reapply a different sunscreen i noticed a ton of white sticky flakes in my eyebrows and all over my face. Looked like dandruff on my face and took effort to get them off before i could put on my other sunscreen. I have super oily skin 🤷 maybe that was a factor

I love that Australian gold sunscreen but I like a more dewy look and I wish they'd come out with one. I freaking love it

I have been using Wander Beauty's retinal products and my skin is purging. I'm getting tons of black heads and clogged pores. Is it working? What can I do better?

Hi Cassandra. Thank you so much for this video. Would you apply the B oil all ober the face or just on pimples? Before or after the moisturizer?
@floraafroza13653 жыл бұрын
Have you tried Complex 15 moisturizer for face? I hear it's good for normal to oily combo skin. Not sure if it would make a great winter moisturizer because I heard people say it isn't greasy

Careful for the Australian Gold Tinted Sunscreen...the lightest color was still far too dark for my pale skin.

Hi Cassandra! Can you post a detailed list of where to purchase the products you recommend at the prices you mention? I haven't been able to find most of the products you recommend, but the ones I HAVE found are always more expensive than you mention in your videos. Oh and just FYI....Sephora no longer carries the Wander Beauty Eye Masks, even though their website says they do :(
