The bail bond lady was about as lucky as it gets because I was under the impression that no immediate threat and shooting a person fleeing in the back equated to no chances of it being a legal shooting ( I assume an exemption for a mass shooter) and I think whoever charged her with first degree ( pre meditated) needs to lose their job

In the original full video, you can see her in her hiding spot moving around while the guy was supposed to be going about his business. There is absolutely no way he didn't know exactly where she was.

The Fortson case wasn't the wrong apartment. If it was then it's the apartment managers fault because the cop went to the apartment he was clearly told to go to. He shouldn't have shot so quick but Fortson does say the word police prior to opening the door. Like he was asking someone if they called the police. The officer did announce himself 3 times I believe. Fortson was possibly talking to his phone on facetime.

I'm going to be a little picky about the audio quality of this video. Though the speaker has a deep bassy voice which normally would sound nice, over the air it's deep and muddy with little to no treble and midrange in it's quality. Next is it's very quiet lacking little to no volume to it. ( speak up man, don't mumble ) This caused me to crank up my volume very high to hear those quietly spoken words. I'm guessing that your using a interface between a studio mike and a computer to record your voice, if this is the case, you will need to adjust the audio response to cut off to much bass and enhance treble and midrange to make the audio less muddy and nicer to listen to.

Not all but most people who get shot by cops don’t comply with there demands and give them time to assess the situation. It’s very sad when innocent people are killed because of it but rather than blame it all on the cops we need to look at ourself and understand the stress there under in those situations and just be civil and comply so they can figure out your innocent because when you don’t fully comply in there mind it just confirms your who there after.
