I used to work security there and as glorious as it looks. There was always noise complaints and tenant issues. I have actually been here and it is not all it is cracked up to be when you can't make as much noise as you want when you want. You couldn't pay me to live in a high rise. Great video though!

I know it is kind of common now to edit such video footage in accordance with the music beats, but you should think twice over whether it is a good idea to let a piece of music decide whether the people watching the video get to see something or not. Good video editing is an art and just doing what the music tells you is a pretentious copout and not in service of making the video good. The goal should be to give the viewer a good feeling for the space and how pretty and luxurious it is, not make a dubstep music video.
