Too much for me. Yet if a condo could be a work of art by itself even without staging or design, this is it. Really beautiful. Always wondered what the rounded apartments looked like in this building and well.... It has that 1st wow impression but just for a moment. Then you see just how gaudy it all is. Sometimes to much is just that, too much. This is the type of place Marie Antoinette would live in and tell everyone else to eat cake. It's just not comfortable at all and just a place to show off that your better than others (at least financially). I mean those angels at the staircase? Really? That's just gaudy. The staircase is wow and the chandelier is stellar but the angels lmao! I'm surprised this place didn't have gold toilets.

In my youth I was a house cleaner. This one woman had a bathroom covered all in tile, glass and chrome (of course all pink and gold color),,,, EVERYWHERE, It was impossible to fully clean. You would think it would be an easy wipe and go but nope. She would come in and I swear to you, looked for any stray hair or smudge. And of course find something. Worked there for 1 week and quit. Told her she was a narcissistic (believing she was better then everyone because she had this mausoleum to her ego) egotistic so and so. The rest of her home was the same. One huge benefit was you could hear her coming a mile away. Clack clack clack went her heals.

I feel as though the price tag pays for the garbage decorative feature... so gaudy and gross. I'd pay no more than $5M for it and tear it down to the studs... start over again. Whoever designed this crap is off their rocker.

Parts I would keep: 1. the breakfast bar... I actually like the copper accents and pillar covering... 2. the quartz? marble? pillar coverings... 3. the TV room walls (lighting and art gotta go though) 4. the balcony (sorry... "skydeck" - although it faces the highway which would be noisy as all heck) Everything else would go... and were I wealthy enough to buy this pad and affect the changes... it would require a lot of money to remove the stairs, floors, some of the wall coverings, the lighting, chandeliers, and so on. And that art, which likely won't be there I realize (but you never know), is awful - I certainly hope those carvings are fake ivory and not real ivory - because that is illegal and you ought to be ashamed of yourself. Also with inflation the things are, interest rates are through the roof - who'd want to pay high interest on a $15M unit?
