I've been to the playboy mansion, and it is the least impressive house on this list. It's only worth 200 million because of it's history. The house itself is not impressive at all. It's old, rickety, and was not well maintained. But the grounds were nicely kept and its on a large plot of land. Whoever buys it will probably have to sink 10 million into modernizing everything. Redo the plumbing, electrical, and remodel the kitchen and bathrooms for starters.

Anyone with a brain would know there is no house in the whole country worth that much, matter of fact the most expensive house in the US is The One and it's in Beverly hills and it's 105,000sq ft with 7 pools a running track a full private night club, movie theater, a 50 car garage, a salon and the list goes on. The master bedroom alone is 3500sq ft with it's own pool and kitchen.
