With total knee replacement surgery scheduled for December 26th and a verbal attack from a coworker with mental health issues a couple days ago, I needed a fun distraction. Your videos inspired me, they got me started doing walking again. Seeing that in just 15 minutes I could get a good amount in, and so now I do your workouts a few times a week, and on other days I just walk in place watching 1-2 episodes of a TV show, and I get my steps in easy. Your videos always count as a workout on my watch, but my walks to shows are sometimes not brisk enough to count as workouts, but I am still glad to be getting my steps. :)
