In January, I started eating keto and found this channel, which has led to a 70lb weight loss so far. I LOVE your videos, but just three days ago, I told my husband that I really wanted there to be a K-pop/BTS video and OMG, here it is. I think you probably knew that I was happy, because when I saw that you had made this video, I shrieked loud enough for pretty much everyone on the planet to hear. Yes, this one has been added to my favorites and I have already done this workout a couple of times today. Thank you so much for this, it's perfection!!!

These no commentary videos are fantastic accessibility for disabled folks. I'm autistic and a lot of neurodivergent people struggle with verbal instructions. This video, when you use hand gestures as directions, makes it so much easier for me. Please keep the no commentary videos coming, they are wonderful for including people who often feel left out. ❤

I like working out at home and I love BTS. One day I was looking for a cooldown work out and I came across this. It just put a big smile on my face so I looked at other videos by Rick and I got hooked on the body combat work out. That lead me to subscribing for his paid workouts. He has a wonderful collection of workouts and they are worth every penny. And the last cool down workout is always this one, the BTS walking workout. It helps me end my workout session with positivity and happiness. It never gets tired. Thank you Rick.

Thank you so much for this! I needed this, because a dancer, I literally cannot do any exercise that is not mentally stimulating and not rhythmic. I cringe when watching typical "dance exercise" because to me, it's not dancing and I can't finish those things. I could tell from 2 seconds of your videos "hey this guy dances". And now I know you're a professional dancer! This helps me, in addition to getting steps in, to manage dance endurance and pacing and transitioning to movements. Thank you!

As somebody else pointed out, this was wonderfully ADHD-friendly. The hand gestures and vocal silence are perfect. I am a teacher, and I only have short breaks, so this is helping me get small workouts in when I can. As a huge BTS fan, this is just perfection 🙂Thank you so much.

This was so good, thanks Rick. I listened to your last seminar and really appreciated the information. I am working with an amazing nutritionist to get my intake on point. I am pushing myself and trying to keep my steps up. These short videos are an amazing way to get the last few thousand steps in each day. My daughters (12 and 14) are BTS fans 💜, they came running to my room to see why I was listening to BTS!

This is one of my favorites!! The music is 'bouncy' ad so are the moves. I love it when the last song comes on. It makes me so happy. Thank you for the combination of workouts with commentary and without. I like to mix it up. The first workout I did without commentary was the Black Pink video. These new short ones are fun too.
