I'm on my 30th day of doing these stretches and I'm feeling great! My posture has greatly improved, kneeling no longer hurts, stretching has become easier for me, I am more flexible, and I feel better in my body. Maddie, thank you so much. I wholeheartedly recommend taking on the 30-day challenge. Keep at it even if you miss a few days.

@@oliviajeanty2916I just completed my 7th day and I can def say my flexibility improved. That butterfly position does not hurt at all anymore haha. I still have to work on it though

As a 59 y.o. male who is prone to throwing out his back, I began this challenge to limber up and after 30 days have become a devout zealot of this daily core routine. Your guidance is spot on which helped me to really isolate, 'feel' and stretch the core joints and muscles which I was previously doing ALL WRONG. From barely touching my knees to now grabbing my feet - I feel SO MUCH BETTER and healthier. You really helped me to get my groove back and I can't thank you enough!

Only on day two and can feel the difference! I was in an deep depression last year and barely got out of bed, so to say the least trying to get my body to move like it did before has been a challenge. My body was so tight and stiff yesterday, and couldn’t bend to do some of the moves. But today I noticed I was able to hold and relax into stretches for longer, and feel young again. Definitely going to try my best to keep it up !

I'm only on day 3 of 30 and I notice a huge difference already, especially in my hamstring stretch! I feel like I can push myself to do it for a longer period of time with a flat back and my legs straight. Anyone can do these stretches so don't give up!

I really liked this video but I gotta say, if I’m staring at the ceiling, I don’t look at the screen, so you silently continuing the reps was kind of hard, I obviously didn’t see you continue at first lol so for moments like this, it would’ve been good to have spoken directions. Other than that, I feel very relaxed and stretched, thank you!

I absolutely looved this one! You explain those moves so we know how to do it properly and not to injure ourselves and make those stretches effective:). I have to admit that I used to neglect those first year of doing your workouts and this year my body has reminded me that I cannot do this anymore. Thank you Maddie for taking care of us :).

I made the mistake of visiting other web pages for stretches, hurt my back in the process but this last stretch seems to have given me some relief. I'll just stick with your page from now on. I've been with you for years now. You are the tried and tested and I've never hurt myself in the process!

Day 14 (27/10/24) ✅ - week two milestone! I feel like stretching is naturally a part of my routine now, if I haven't done it in the morning I feel a bit antsy throughout the day. I've realised it provides instant relief physically and mentally for me now. I'm exploring adding additional stretching beyond this routine, but keeping this here as a foundation. Day 13 (26/10/24) ✅ Day 12 (25/10/24) ✅ Day 11 (24/10/24) ✅ Day 10 (23/10/24) ✅ Day 9 (22/10/24) ✅ Day 8 (21/10/24) ✅ Day 7 (20/10/24) ✅ - week 1 completed! I'm mid 20s and really wanted a daily stretching routine as I haven't been doing any stretching at all. I wanted to make it a habit as my hips feel tight and my back is also tense from my office job where I sit all day. In my experience, this video is perfect to create a daily routine at the start or the end of your day. A week in, I feel so much better after completing this stretching video, I feel heaps more relaxed, and I'm feeling less tension in my hips already and generally feel more fluid in my motions if that makes sense! Have been doing this stretching for about 2 months now almost everyday after my morning workout and I feel amazing! Playing golf really gets me tense so being able to loosen in the morning to start my day is great!

I did it and I DID feel the difference! Especially in those hamstrings and hip flexor! I also like doing it for my neck cuz it's been killing me lately. I'm gonna try to make it as a daily routine at night cause it barely takes any time especially after getting used to do it for a month! Always grateful for Maddie's amazing content 💕

Could you advise on stretches for those with knee and lower back pain? I was a ballet dancer for many years and now do super high-intensity workouts like Berrys and OrangeTheory. So I am trying to be consistent about stretching because I've always had knee, hip, and lower back pain. Please help!! LOVE your stretching videos, so thank you SO much for keeping me motivated!

I just want to say, that even if I don´t work out, doing this for just a few minutes helps me to relax and calm down a little bit. I feel the blood rushing through my body, I become warm, I get to breathe heavier, it feels like I take time for me and my body and I feel like I release some stress because of it. So thank you for showing me something that can help me a little bit to ease my pain inside.

I have been doing these stretches regularly as you said for overall mobility and muscular pain relief - it has so worked! This video feels manageable, even on days when I have low energy, and has significantly reduced my hip pain (more than physio ever has!) and reduced back pain. Thank you for your great videos and your lovely energy!

On Day 1 of this stretching video, I used to use your 30min stretching video and do that everyday, and my body felt so good after a couple of weeks but I've fallen out of habit. I’ve been doing these stretches for 10 months and I can definitely say I am more flexible now and got leaner by doing these stretches and combining it with some home workout and healthier food choices no strict diet whatsoever! :)

Just finished the 30 day challenge 🎉 I knew it would be good for my body but I wasn’t expecting dramatic posture changes and feeling energized after each time I stretched. If I do this before I go to bed I struggle to go to sleep, so shifting to earlier in the day. Pretty powerful, thank you Madi!

Challenge done! Today is day 32 of doing these stretches, it has become such a habit that I didn't realize I completed the challenge. I feel great! My flexibility has improved and my lower back pain is gone which is pretty amazing. That hamstring stretch was such a pain at first but now I am better at doing it and I even enjoy it 😄.I will definitely continue doing these and other stretches, my body feels so good. My massage therapist has been telling me to find hip flexor, lower back, hamstring, shoulder stretches. I’ve been having a hard time finding a video with all of these, so this was great ! I feel a lot less tense

So!!! I've been doing these stretches every day for about a week now.... I usually do my stretches right in the morning but today I was busy and skipped them and let me tell you... by the end of the night, my body was literally craving them!!! They are awesome stretches and quick, and super easy to implement into ones every day routine. While I'm not doing the 30 day challenge I do use this video as my reset video if I fall out of my daily yoga/stretch routine. It's definitely a nice start to get me going again :)

By choice, I travel with a heavy weighted bicycle and trailer. After traveling up mountains and hills without stretching, I've learned through experience, stretching allows for longer treks. Thanks for your shared stretching perspective. Love Australian Breed. As the video shows, they're loyal and adaptable.

Namaste and Shalom. Very nice video with simple explanation and practical session. For me its a good combination of Yoga and modern exercises. I do them daily. They work wonders on your body. Just being consistent for a healthy heart and to be in shape 💗 Thank you 🙏

Love your videos! Would be stoked to see a runner-specific strength training video, especially to prevent shin splints. So front calf strengthening etc. :D

i just want to say i love how you really explain every single exercises in detail some other channel i saw don't do this and it is very helpful to understand exercise in detail because then i can do the work out correctly..so thanks you for that💖💖

This stretch routine really helps! In one day, I couldn’t even touch my toes! But after this workout I could even touch the floor!🎉

I missed two days, but I'm going to stay on track for much longer than just a month! I'll just switch between other streches for some variety. After almost a whole month I definitely feel the difference in my hamstrings (I can hold position with less of a discomfort) and it's a little bit easier to do lunges. I've been doing your other streches for almost every morning before this one came out for a month or longer and I am absolutely amazed with progress. I wasn't able to touch the ground with flat hands while keeping legs straight and now I am! What's even more incredible I had a chance to check how many centimeters below the level I am standing on I can reach - and it turned out to be 16cm!

Hey Maddie, can’t wait to incorporate this into my gym routine! Curious about your plans for IG content - I really loved your posts from 2020/2021 that targeted a specific area of the body and showed a collection of individual video snippets of each exercise (ex. Intense ab routine, arm workout without equipment) This format made it easy to bookmark workouts vs having to watch a reel all the way through for exercises. Do you have plans to release this type of content again? Appreciate ya!

I am supremely envious of those long legs! Not just aesthetically, either; sometimes it can be hard to connect what I see tall/fit people demonstrating and what my body actually does (I’m 5’2”, top-heavy, and chubby). It always seems like I’m supposed to have so much more space to move than I actually do 😫
