Thanks so much for this gentle way to wind down and prepare for rest. As a side note, I always love the music you play in your videos; recently, I noticed that it is very hard to hear the music, almost like it is barely there at all. Not sure if this is intentional, but I thought I'd mention it in case the hope is that I can hear the music throughout the practice. :) Thanks again for this great video, Uliana!

oh thanks for letting me know! It wasn't intentional, at some point I bought new headphones, and when I do the final video check before uploading, I still hear the background music. But I listened to this video now without the headphones and you are totally right, I can barely hear it. I will keep it in mind from now on, thanks again Lauren Melissa!
