Hi Rashmi, this is a great workout albeit the Chandranamaskar was a little fast to follow, maybe because we haven't done it before so not familiar with the steps. Hubby and self have just recovered from a flu and found this a good start to get back in our yoga/exercise routine. Thank you for these videos!

The variations are cool and 🥵...When you say we will hold for another 5 counts...my muscles shouted no..no...But did it anyway...thank you Rashmi for pushing us to do a little more....
