This was wonderful, my hamstrings and hips feel less tight after this practice. It also helped my legs feel less sore after a hard workout. Thank you!!

Hi Rashmi, can you please suggest some ankle mobility exercises or if possible make video on it..i am not able to do normal squats and can't put my feet down in deep squat position..😶if you can suggest something it will be really helpful ..thanks..and lots of love to you❤️

My hamstrings muscle is broken But I still practing some pain is there that's why I rest but overall no pain no gain
