What’s Power Yoga?
Power yoga is a fast-paced, dynamic style of yoga that sometimes feels more like a workout. It's focused on continuous movement and can be challenging because of the pace. Power Vinyasa includes a mix of building strength and flexibility through high-impact yoga postures.

For this class, I find the BREATH BODY CONNECTION extra important! It helps to:
#1 - Synchronize your breath with your movements
#2 - Go at a pace that means you can take a full breath in and a full breath out in time with each movement.
#3 - Move mindfully, don't rush!

Working with a pair of blocks is a great way to bring the floor to you and make some of the postures more accessible. If you need support in your handstands then practice by a wall :)
