Thank you so much Charlie! Doing this to start my day (even if it is in the afternoon) is such a blessing and really brings me peace of mind knowing I made time for myself to center myself. I love how you find beautiful outdoor scenery for the yoga… your channel is awesome and I’m so grateful!

I love these 20/30 minute flows. They changed my perspective on yoga and strengthen me in ways I never imagined. Your voice so soothing and graceful. Thank you so much, I am here for it all. Can't wait for more <3

Engaged with 30 day challenge. Liking it. Suggest alternating single leg "half plough" as warm up to plough. Plough can overtax lower lumbar if not ready. Thanks!

Everything felt a little easier today!!! Definite improvement in my crow and tripod headstand, still struggling with wheel but I did it against a chair today for support and got half way up. Loved the poem at the end 😊 🙏

I'm so grateful for this slow class, my energy is in negative values today, I even struggled holding for long on these poses. I also noticed the left side of my hip to be suuuuper tight, I can feel the pull when stretching it. It's incredible one week has passed already! See you all tomorrow for Day 8, Day 7 in the books!!

After this week it's getting easier to focus on my individual journey instead of comparing my progress to others and telling myself what I 'should' be able to do. Seeing your combination of grace and strength, your ability to keep a calm voice in the most challenging of poses, it makes me feel like I have many years of progress to make in my yoga practice, but that's starting to make me feel excited instead of discouraged. The only peak pose I was able to achieve this week was crow pose, and then only for a few seconds, but I look forward to returning to these poses in the future. I really appreciate all the progressions. Thank you Charlie! Hope everyone else is enjoying the challenge and learning about themselves 💜

Wonderful session. The most difficult all week- just to hold child's pose and lizard lunge for mini-eternities... really challenging for someone who is naturally fidgety but so so beneficial. Thank you!

I'm overweight and don't have arm muscles like yours. 😭 I'm one day behind the 30 day challenge, but I've been doing it EVERY MORNING since I started! Thank you for making these FREE, Charlie!!! 🙏 ❤

Loved today's practice. I have a way to go but enjoyed, and better understood how to get there! I'm really enjoying learning how to build up to a full pose without beating myself up that I can't do it. I'm actually allowing myself to learn and enjoy it. Thank you 😊

This one felt really great after this week’s peak class 😍 My body craved more yoga, so I decided to enjoy this restorative yoga right after our challenging 45min practice. A perfect combo if you ask me 😌 Thank you so much Charlie.❤ ps: my reflection was that I am stronger than I actually think or realise 🙈

I am very new to yoga and this has been so wonderful for me. When Charlie said to take a deep breath in and out, my dog participated. 🤭 We all need to take a deep breath sometimes. I hope everyone has a good day. Thank you Charlie!💖

I really looked forward to this class and am happy I was able to join today (with the sun on my body 🌞😍). Lifting my legs up to the sky in Wheel still feels challenging, but it feels good to challenge myself 😌. Thank you so much ❤
