I really appreciated and enjoyed this workout. I hope that it is your plan to do an entire series of workouts for women, both young and old (I am 58). I didn’t catch your name though. It would be great if both you and your husband would introduce yourselves by first name at the beginning of your videos. I feel like I am getting to know both of you and your family but I don’t know your names. Take care and keep up producing informative and useful content.

Did you feel the bill of the hat might be affecting how you’re holding your neck (downward facing) positions? In the video it looked like you were adjusting for the bill of your hat. I only mention it because you brought up having pain, no criticism. I genuinely thank you!!✝️❤️

I was wondering if I would get the same good workout if I didn't do these moves in a circuit, but did each move complete as in 3x 10-20 reps and then moved on to the next? Is there something beneficial to do it circuit style instead?

I'd say you could either or. I'd just do what you prefer.
