I've been doing your workouts consistently and I went on a trip with my husband without the kids. I felt SO CONFIDENT in my clothes and got dressed up and felt amazing. I could definitely see the results! Thanks girl for these videos!!!

this is the best workout ever, i've been doing booty exercises for years but this one is the most effective. My booty has grown a lot, even my boyfriend compliments me on it. So do it 1-2 a week and you are golden!!

What I appreciate is the fact that you look natural. No shorts or pants to make your butt look bigger... You don't look like you had a BBL. Refreshing, compared to so many others on here pretending they grew muscles.... Not saying they are all fake, but some are hard to believe 🤣

I’ve been doing this alongside a 10 glutebridge workout from Pamela Reif before doing this workout and I was shocked at the results after the workout 😳😳

It's been a while since I got out the ankle weights. It's also been a while since I did a Mary workout, so I had all but forgotten she is not big on the breaks. 15 mins later, drenched in sweat and in paiiin haha.
