My body needs a burst of nutrients in the morning, mainly from vegetables so im still searching for the perfect nutritous and delicious breakfast recipes that would work for me.

Try and use rub in method for mandazi ie flour sugar lemon rind n margarine or milk cream that you keep, not so much of either. Then slowly mix in with milk pouring it kidogo kidogo and make a soft dough. Use self raising. You need to rest dough for only 30 mins. Trust me

We have 18 chickens. It is nice in the summer to get over a dozen eggs a day. But it will not save you money (compared to egg prices in USA, $3 for a dozen). The chicken food here is $16 per 40 lbs of chicken food. 40 lbs lasts my chickens 2 weeks. They dont eat much food IF you can free range them (without losing them to hawks) and give them lots of kitchen scraps. They get all our scraps, including what our kids didnt finish from each plate after meals.

I love runny yolks, I separate my yolks out, fry the whites, then put one egg white on the plate, put the yolks on top, and top with another hot out of the pan egg white...... it heats up the yolk and cooks any leftover white so your egg has no " slime' from the white...... but I LOVE RUNNY YOLKS!!❤❤❤ I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS TOO! Thank you for sharing! As far as mushrooms go, you can always add them to eggs or to potato hashbrowns with eggs and make a mushroom hash, I do this a lot for my husband's breakfast, sometimes I'll add spinach and or sausage or bacon.....and cheese occasionally too...... he loves it!

Hi Suzy new subbie...Just to clarify, your eggs with the bacon sandwiches are called over easy eggs...sunny side up is with the yoke runny and the egg is not flipped.
