To avoid egg yolks turning black Maintain them yellow, bring your eggs to a boil for only 3 minutes. Switch off the heat, cover the pot for 25 minutes at most. Drain off the hot water, you'll never turn back to dark yolks

Hi Suzy, the topic of nutrition is something that interests me much. I've learnt that flaxseed should be at least partially crushed in order for the oils, nutrients to be released and so can be absorbed in our digestive system otherwise untrusted, they wholly passed through and out of digestive system, meaning that our intestines aren't strong enough to crush them open. The Instant Pot has been the game changer for me, as I can safely use the pressure cooker function. Like you, I use a wooden spoon to switch the valve to venting ☺️. Your air fryer is a lot more practical for the size of your family.
