This 15 minute beginner barre workout is designed to sculpt and tone your body. This is a No-Barre Barre Workout, and we take a great quick workout in the centre, working arms, legs and cardio. The only equipment you will need is a set of light weights (0.5-1kg or 1-2 pounds). Enjoy this level 1, beginners barre class!

• 15 Mins Beginner Barre...
This barre class is a 15 minute, at home barre workout. It is a barre class workout designed as a full body workout with some cardio workout too. It can give you toned legs and a ballerina body, and improve your cardio fitness. This online barre workout is a barre workout for home, where an online workout is the best option. This barre class workout for fast results, will give you a barre workout challenge. It is similar to ballet, pilates, pilates barre, ballet barre and a ballet barre workout.

Once again I found this "beginner" class way more difficult than your regular classes (and I do 2 barre classes a week)

@@paulathomson1166 Hi Paula, sorry you didn't find this class quite a beginner level for you. Beginner certainly doesn't mean easy...the way I work out a beginner class is slower BPM (beats per minute) for the music (which often works the muscles more), less combinations of movements, slower demo of each movement to get started before we go faster, and none of my really challenging super hard advanced barre moves. Working slowly can really work your muscles in a more challenging way, so it's even great for more advanced students to do my beginner style classes. So keep up the great work with your 2 classes per week, and you will find this class will get easier as you go, Andrea x

@@planes939 This is a very fair point. There are lots of great therapists offering programs for men. The reason that my program is for women only is because we focus on perimenopause, menopause and hormones...so not really suited to men! Andrea :)

Not gonna lie, At the 7min mark I felt sorry for myself and thought that this was too difficult so I sat down deciding to give up. Read your comment and got back up and finished the workout. Thank you for inspiring me to continue and thank you to Andrea for the workout.

This was hard even without tiny weights. I feel great still though after doing it. So out of shape & gotta get back to feeling better & looking better.

I had to have a break from filming for a year due to my back injury...but you'll be very happy to hear that I'm back teaching barre classes in studio again without any back pain...and I've got time scheduled in next week to film 4 new classes!!! Omg 👏👏👏👏👏👏 thank you Andrea. I’ve been side stepping and just not feeling the interest to go the classes at BlueFit. The mobility in my feet has been an issue for a few years due to arthritis in between cartilage on top of feet. I’ve been searching for the right movements to inspire me to keep it up and always loved ballet as a child. I’ve even thought of flamenco lessons as I looove music. Now I see I need a mix of movement that feels creative. I don’t believe my foot issue will hang around if I’m doing something that is inspiring . Thank you ❤❤

Hi! I just did this workout for the first time and I almost clicked off because I didn't have hand weights but I heard you recommend water bottles or cans. I've never worked out with two cans of beans before but I'm so glad of your suggestion lol! Work with what you have! Thanks , I'm looking forward to more workouts with you!
