oh there are many things but I think you have all these workouts already online. But what I would want to see new would be a kind of yoga workout to stretch the body and especially neck/ or to have a great body coordination. Or some workout to support the spinal (because unfortunately I'm sitting a lot). Maybe also some workout with music which is really dynamic :) And something fot the line below the booty, to get that really in shape, would be great (and not just the muscles above... if it's possible...)

Cracking joints are normal it is just air releasing from your joints. Calorie burn is different for everyone otherwise i would estimate it for you guys but it varies so much from person to person!
