I used to avoid this video because it was just so intense. Now, I do it regularly and I LOVE it!!! I feel so accomplished each time I finish it. Thank you!!! My body is starting to look like something I've never had before at 38 years old, three kids. The confidence I have in myself and my appearance has changed tremendously 😃🥰

Oh my god I finally found you back Rebecca! I started to follow your work out video back in 6 years ago in China, where no one pays attention to abs yet. I was a bit chubby and your video guided me for 1 year. Then I lost the videos.. 6 years later now i'm in Amsterdam, somehow lost a lot of weight but not strong. I searched you for one hour and finally found it again! So happy. Now the mission is on again! :D

This is still one of the best booty workouts in your channel 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 my favourite one... I never skip this particular video when I work my lower body. Love that intense burn without weights and bands... Burn during workouts are satisfaction 🤩

There is no one else who i like to train with better than Rebecca! What i do is do a workout of hers for arms, stretching, abs and gluten daily. And then i am stuck wondering if thats enough to see a fast progress...Rebecca if you could suggest a daily value of your workouts for a skinny fat person it would mean so much!

I just did 2 sets of a hiit cardio routine and doing this after has me sweating bullets!! Thanks Rebecca, you are one of my go to youtube trainers! I’m a tiny girl who is trying to slim down my butt (it currently measures to 43”, I have a kim Kardashian-like figure) and although I can’t spot reduce, what do you recommend for butt/leg days? I see so many workouts to grow your butt but I’ve always had this shape, I just want to shrink/tone it more. I eat healthy but it is only making minor changes.

Hi Amy! No this is normal - you don't want excruciating pain or anything, but yes there will be a pressure from at least your upper body weight 💪 But the stronger you get there will be less pressure in your hands. What are your goals this month?

I love your workouts Rebecca! Also your love for Alfi & other dogs is so amazing. I can see how much you care about them ❤️ I always struggle to find a hotel that accepts my dog. He has separation anxiety & needs companionship all the time. Did Alfi stay in a hotel room alone or there is a doggy care at this hotel?

Hey Rebecca I am writing from India I did ur plank challenge and butt workout and saw visible changes within a month I am being appreciated by everyone you are a saviour I use to go gym earlier but did not get such visible results but out of the blue I got ur link N I thought of giving it a try N I must say u r the best the way u keep motivating throughout ur video helps a lot whenever I think of giving up I hear ur voice come on guys 5 mins more N I feel like I can't give up on u N I continue. I started doing this workout for a week now. My butt hurts a lot, the burn is incredible! I plan to do this workout till June, so my body will look good. (Besides this, I am doing one of your belly exercises) I am really hoping it's worth it.

You’re so fit and strong! I’m getting there, thank you so much Rebecca. My 2017 wasn’t the best but one of the things that made it all better was getting into the fitness world and you made it so easy and accesible. I’ll be forever grateful! I’ve lost 20 pounds and I’ve gotten so toned. Thank you so much!

I want to know what is better - first cardio and then workout or first workout and then cardio?? I don't need to reduce my weight, I just want to keep in shape and to have muscles.

I have been doing your abs arms and butt every day ,should I alternate these ,people tell me I should give my muscles time to repair ,your videos inspire me to do more their fun and I can see my body changing I'm concerned every day could have impact on my joints I'm only doing the 3 10 min .

Amazing that you're doing so much!! Such good motivation :) You should be including at least one rest day a week (or alternatively you could do one every 3 to 4 days.) Every time you train your muscles micro tear - it's important to allow them time to heal by completely resting and/or working a separate muscle group. This is what will allow them to build up and you to get stronger and more toned. I know it's hard to take a day off when you're so motivated but your body will thank you and you'll feel even better for it!
