Oh my god I finally found you back Rebecca! I started to follow your work out video back in 6 years ago in China, where no one pays attention to abs yet. I was a bit chubby and your video guided me for 1 year. Then I lost the videos.. 6 years later now i'm in Amsterdam, somehow lost a lot of weight but not strong. I just did 2 sets of a hiit cardio routine and doing this after has me sweating bullets!! Thanks Rebecca, you are one of my go to youtube trainers! I’m a tiny girl who is trying to slim down my butt (it currently measures to 43”, I have a kim Kardashian-like figure) and although I can’t spot reduce, what do you recommend for butt/leg days? I see so many workouts to grow your butt but I’ve always had this shape, I just want to shrink/tone it more. I eat healthy but it is only making minor changes.

Hi Amy! No this is normal - you don't want excruciating pain or anything, but yes there will be a pressure from at least your upper body weight 💪 But the stronger you get there will be less pressure in your hands. What are your goals this month?

I have been doing your abs arms and butt every day ,should I alternate these ,people tell me I should give my muscles time to repair ,your videos inspire me to do more their fun and I can see my body changing I'm concerned every day could have impact on my joints I'm only doing the 3 10 min .

Amazing that you're doing so much!! Such good motivation :) You should be including at least one rest day a week (or alternatively you could do one every 3 to 4 days.) Every time you train your muscles micro tear - it's important to allow them time to heal by completely resting and/or working a separate muscle group. This is what will allow them to build up and you to get stronger and more toned. I know it's hard to take a day off when you're so motivated but your body will thank you and you'll feel even better for it!
