I'm 65 years old and a first time rebounder. This is an excellent beginner routine even at my age. Had to slow it down a few times but it's so much fun that I will certainly keep doing it and improve over time. Lindsay is so good at motivating her audience. Thanks Lindsay!!

Great workout and happy to have the verbal coaching on form to get the most out of workout. I am age 61. Always possible to walk thru any moves that are too tricky....and work up to them! Thank you Lindsey!🙌🏼. Love the reminder to put smile on face 😊

Thank You for this very important video!! I'm waiting on getting my Trampoline this is a new world for me and I appreciate your instructions so so much!! Im 63 and 70 lbs over weight and I've had 2 partial knee replacements I've been seeking a way for me to excerise that doesn't hurt my knees. Please please do more of these as I need your help and instructions of what to do. I have a 48" Trampoline coming Friday!!! 😊

I love this workout! I'm new to rebounder. The first time I did this i stopped at 821.. then rested and went back a few minutes later to finish. The second time I couldn't add on all the arm movements but I didn't need a rest. Third time today I did most of the arm movements and no other rests! So much improvement so fast!

That was an awesome workout thank you thank you I'm sweating like I just stepped out in the rain.. Other than some of the "next moves", not being presented before we do them, I think it's a great workout... Other than that, I am very pleased and I will be back to your channel. New to rebounding at almost 70, managed to complete though not to your tempo, maybe I’m bouncing too high, I’m determined to get the knack. Balance is the hardest to control for me, will keep going before I invest in a balance bar. Great workout!

Awesome work out! I just subscribed. I do orange theory and the goal is 12 splat points minimum in an hour class. Which basically means the amount of minutes your heart was in the optimal burning zone. I got 14 splat points in this 15 minute work out. Love it! I tried this workout friday gor 12, tried another youtube rebounder workout got 4. Came back to this and got 14. Amazing!

Hi- I am 67 years old and just started on using a rebounder. My rebounder has a bar for holding on. I found that I needed to lightly hold on with one hand for some to the routine. Is it better to just slow down and be sure to be stable or is it okay to use the bar. I did the 15 minute workout. It's really fun!

Is this good for bad feet and knees? I’m 37 trying to lose more weight but been in a stand still after losing 97lbs been that way a year now so I’m trying to find new things to do to help. I have beginners stage of osteoarthritis and disc degenerative disease. I can’t wear shoes to exercise my raynauds acts up.

If you feel more stable with shoes and need the ankle support then you can most definitely wear shoes. Barefoot workouts are valuable because there are many small muscles in our feet that do not get strengthened if we wear tennis shoes because the shoe prevents the foot from articulating. So pick which is best for you :) there’s no right or wrong

The rebounder is unstable, so that is going to be more difficult on your ankles. You could try more supportive footwear and compression socks.

This was a good workout. And yes, this comment could have been kinder. Perhaps a bit of music would have worked after giving one instruction. But the workout itself was super.
