B&B this is adds variety when One is bored of traditional walking /jogging. I guess this is something that I can put for when I have minor ankle sprain but don't want to miss a day of workout! 😎

Thanks again. Can you show something for Seniors who can't Excercize for to long? I didn't realize how out of shape I had become. I could only do 5 minutes of this. Wow.

Keep doing the five minutes daily and ensure you stretch well before and after workout. You will get fit and soon you will be able to do longer workouts . Don't give up, I used to do 20min and now I'm up to 45min

Thank you for sharing this video even though it was only 15 minutes and gave me enough cardio. It reminds me of the old days back in the 90s on my stepper but hey it does the job I got some cardio! I just had calcification surgery on my right shoulder. It still hurts a lot specially on the rainy days like today. I have about 6 to 8 weeks to heal and I’m on my fourth week can anybody give me any recommendations on some movements that would help my arm after the surgery? Bob 💖 Brad?

I knew which foods I need to eat to lose weight, but I didn't know how much. Diet plan I got from Agoge Diet contains portion sizes for every meal. Fantastic!

Great glute/ham/low back workout: pretend (or real) graffiti exercise. In a ~ 10' x 10' space, pretend to be writing on the sidewalk with chalk. Don't squat all of the way down. Really go through the motions of writing as you sidle back and forth, up and down within that area. In 10 minutes, your a$$ and hammies will be screaming at you. I learned this from actually writing on the sidewalk with chalk. It tore me up, and I'm in good shape - I don't skip leg day.
