I fractured a bone in my foot, have been in a boot for 4 weeks and just been advised another 3 weeks. I'm doing your upper body and ab workouts to keep me from going stark raving mad!!

Hi from LA. Good workout. I liked how most of these exercises were new (compared to earlier videos) and that there weren't any repeats. (It helped me to have two different dumbbells handy.) Thank you - keep 'em coming!

Hey Grant... what weight are you using pls? similar to upper body non stop workout 4-7kg for a 72kg male?.... cheers

This was 7kg. Yeah start light and see how you get on. You can always come back to it again and up with weight a little if needed but with the ab workouts you won't need crazy weight at all 👍
