thanks for your work and inspiration! You really pushed me to do more good for my body! i used to do a lot of sports before I found your channel but now my focus just changed so much! Thanks, it feels good :) Glad too, my right harmstring seems healed :) My left front split is almost fully there :) I like the 0,5 speed even if it's a lot under tension^^, I'll test 0,75 next time. Thanks for the quality : explications, flow, serenity, ... . Much Love

lmaooo bro those 30 seconds of holding the splits felt like an eternity. I felt like crying, throwing up and passing out. but I'm really close now. I've been doing this routine every other day for a week. I think by this week ill get them

Your front split will be improved if you do the streching everday and do the front split everday and if you focuse on your front split it will take you 1-2months i almost get my split really close to it but i will do it everday👍
