thanks for your work and inspiration! You really pushed me to do more good for my body! i used to do a lot of sports before I found your channel but now my focus just changed so much! lmaooo bro those 30 seconds of holding the splits felt like an eternity. I felt like crying, throwing up and passing out. but I'm really close now. I've been doing this routine every other day for a week. I think by this week ill get them

Thanks, it feels good :) Glad too, my right harmstring seems healed :) My left front split is almost fully there :) I like the 0,5 speed even if it's a lot under tension^^, I'll test 0,75 next time. Thanks for the quality : explications, flow, serenity, ... . Much Love
