Hi Caitlin. I recently learned that the yoga poses I've been doing for 10+ years were originally designed to worship hindu false deities. As a new Christian I'm super grateful to within seconds find a non yoga stretching video. Thank you!

Thank you for these! I just recently learned more about the meaning of yoga poses and have been feeling very convicted that yoga in no way is glorifying to God. I loved doing yoga when I wake up in the morning to stretch my stiff muscles. I've been struggling to find any non-yoga related morning stretches. I'm so glad I found your channel! So thankful I just came across this channel! I just did my first morning stretch, and last night I did the nighttime one. I had the best/most comfortable sleep I’ve had in years. I’m over 40, a mama and my body lets just say…has changed. I have been wanting to find a stretch plan but also felt convicted about the yoga practice. I am a skateboarder and Christian. My whole life I have been stiff in my muscles. It has been something I have wanted to work on. It doesn’t take much movement for me to get in pain once the stretching starts. I want to get in shape again and start doing more skateboarding, a lot for ministry purposes. Hello love! I just want to encourage and thank you! Thank you for being obedient to God and His voice. I'm not built for high-impact exercise, but stretching has always been attached to yoga, which is not pleasing to God. So thank you for being a safe place for people like me to care for the bodies God created and glorify only Him in the process. Please take heed to listen the warnings of the Holy Spirit, because people will ask you to go beyond what is safe and acceptable to God. Listen to His voice, keep within the boundaries He places, and live in confidence that you obediently follow His commands. Be blessed because you're making beautiful things in the name of God. I'm sure being a young momma you are so busy but it would be wonderful if you were able to make a new video and share your beautiful family with us. Thank you so much for this video Caitlin! I've been looking for 'non yoga' videos for a while since stopping yoga - realising how its not in any way glorifying God. One suggestion I have - as someone who forgets to breathe a lot during exercise (I seem to hold my breath a lot), it might be useful to add that in, especially when to deep breathe during certain stretches etc Just a suggestion though ☺️ I love your videos and you have a new subscriber in me!

Love that I now have an alternative to yoga! Thank you for posting these videos...I too really enjoy stretching my body in the morning; I always feel more relaxed and ready to start my day! And don't worry about asking people to subscribe or like your videos...it helps other people see them in the algorithm of KZbin! :) Keep making videos as you're inspired because people like me appreciate a holier alternative to yoga.

I have a question for Mrs. Englebert who recorded this lovely video: What would you suggest for someone who doesn’t have good back support (as in you can only put so much of your own weight on the back before you are ready to collapse)? Will you perhaps make a video on a stretch for back support (unless you already have one 😅)? Thank you!

She has videos for back pain lower and upper - hope this helps ;-) acupressure mats might also help you just to bring blood flow to the area while also relaxing you and helping with overall stress as well as other things. ;-)
