I loved this! I was looking for a core strengthening exercise that was gentle enough to do before bed, and I saw your IG post! It was like a kiss from God! God is healing me from chronic illness and I struggle with fatigue a lot, this was gentle and not draining, and I could really feel my core engage! It was perfect. I feel happier and more limber and stronger after! Thank you so much for doing this. I'm so glad to have discovered you and so thankful to have a godly alternative to yoga! Going to take your recommendation to heart and meditate on the Word before bed now :) Thank you and God bless you!!

Thank you for these. 😌 Only wish you did the sets with us real time. Hard to be motivated to do more sets when you are moving on or to know if I am doing it right. Also, not convenient having to stop and start the video to do the other sets. 😕 Just constructive feedback, not a complaint. 😉 Thankful for you and these videos!! 🥰

Thank you for this. I was trying to do one of those get-ripped-abs in 30 days workouts and I’m still in pain 5 days later. My core strength is zilch right now since having a baby 2 years ago. I need to start gently!

I just started these exercises this week and I’ve only done them twice. I can’t seem to get further than two rounds of each exercise. My core strength is definitely worse off than I thought. I guess something is better than nothing though!! ❤ I did wonder, are these supposed to do these daily?
