DriveTrain Fitness AT HOME is now live! DriveTrain Fitness is giving you some of the best full Lagree Fitness routines available for you to use for your in-home use on your Megaformers and Microformers.
In this session Instructor Christina takes you through a core block with a quick touch on the obliques and lat muscles. This is a routine that can be performed when crunched on time and the at home user is just looking to get a quick sweat session.
Whether it's state of the art Slow-Twitch Resistance or High Intensity Spin Interval training, DriveTrain Fitness is home to the best indoor training available and is suited for all levels from beginner to seasoned athlete. There's no better way to achieve results than with the state of the art approach that we take with our clients.

About Us:
Sweat! Shake! DriveTrain Fitness provides instructor-led Lagree Fitness classes catered to all abilities and levels of athleticism. The workout utilizes sequential movements on the proprietary fitness machine called a Megaformer and is comprised of two stationary platforms and a movable spring-loaded carriage. This high-intensity, low-impact workout combines strength, endurance, cardio, balance, core and flexibility training into each movement. For class, you’ll need sticky socks (available for purchase at the studio), water and the willingness to try.
New for 2020! Stages Cycling has arrived for a whole new approach to fitness with Hybrid classes utilizing the Stages SC3 spin bike for aerobic training with the #megaformer by Lagree for strength/resistance training sessions.

Let me also say on my first lesson... I diiiieddddd during the warmup 😂 that downward dog position on here I was shaking to my core... If that was just the warm up what was the lesson going to be like. But I loved it

I tried lagree for the first time and a few times after doing legs I feel like I'm going to end up doing the splits... Hahaha. I was so sore after the first time but I'm happy to say I loved it and I went back again
