DriveTrain Fitness AT HOME is now live! We are bringing you the best Lagree Method moves that can be adapted with some simple items for the times when you cannot make it into the studio. All that you need is a yoga mat (or towel) and a set of floor sliders (or some alternative like paper plates) and a hard & smooth floor surface!

About Us:
Sweat! Shake! DriveTrain Fitness provides instructor-led Lagree Fitness classes catered to all abilities and levels of athleticism. The workout utilizes sequential movements on the proprietary fitness machine called a Megaformer and is comprised of two stationary platforms and a movable spring-loaded carriage. This high-intensity, low-impact workout combines strength, endurance, cardio, balance, core and flexibility training into each movement. For class, you’ll need sticky socks (available for purchase at the studio), water and the willingness to try.
New for 2020! Stages Cycling have arrived for a whole new approach to fitness with Hybrid classes utilizing the Stages SC3 spin bike for aerobic training with the #megaformer by Lagree for strength/resistance training sessions.
