Wow! I loved this! I have been struggling w injuries, extended illness and finally getting back into working out. This was a perfect way to get going again and has inspired me to get back after it!! It was concise and effective, long enough for my stamina and pushed me as well as got me excited because I can start out with these 15 min videos to get back going again! Thank you so much!

I’ve done the 15 minute full body strength workout from a couple of years ago several times and have been hoping for another one that’s similar! This one did NOT disappoint. Thankful to have another challenging 15 minute full body for extra busy days. 15 minutes is way better than 0 minutes! 🙌🏽

I love these 15 and 20-minute workouts during the holidays! It makes it so much easier to stay with a fitness routine at a time of year when it seems as though there aren't enough hours in the day. And they're strenuous enough that I don't feel as though I've shortchanged any of my goals. 😊

This workout kicked my booty! Woke up this morning with my endometriosis flaring, so I wasn't motivated. I started my routine with mobility and followed with this 15-minute full body. Finished with 15 minutes sitting outside in the sunshine. Thank you for an array of awesome workouts!

Great way to start my morning before a run, day 6 completed. feeling good and so accomplished as I've never been consistent with strength training before.
