Made the orzo with regular, skinless beef sausage and regular broccoli. So easy and so darn good! My only regret is that I didn’t think of putting these ingredients together in this simple, but delicious way myself. Thank you so much for the awesome ideas!

I made the Turkey Sausage & Broccolini Orzo recipe tonight and it was so good! I substituted the turkey sausage for no antibiotic ever chicken sausage and used regular broccoli since my store didn't have broccolini but it was delicious! My boyfriend said its a new staple in our house! Thanks Sara!

love these recipes even though i'm a single human with no one to take care of lol specially the second one ! YUM a tip for the future, use miso at the end of the recipe after you turn off the heat as the flavor gets weakened by heat and all you get left with is salt

Okay, just ate the garlic shrimp white bean skillet meal. Just delicious! The grocery store didn't have Navy beans so I used Great Northern beans instead and it turned out great. The red pepper flakes kicked it up a notch with a little heat but not too spicy. Next time I will double the batch. It's a winner! Preparation and cook time was short and I love that I didn't have to slave over the stove. I peeled the shrimp except the tail like you recommended. 💚💚💚 This meal is keeper and will be in my monthly meal rotation. 😊💕😋

Everything looks super yummy! Just one thing, if you want to preserve all the properties of miso you shouldn't boil it 🙂 just heat it up a little bit and you're done! Because it's a fermented paste, and high temperatures kill the good bacteria that's in it 🙂 thank you for your great recipes and positive attitude!
