Excellent recovery workout to do after a few hours of hard gardening. Also to do when on a rest day and when you feel a bit on the stiff side. Many thanks as always Marischa.

This was great for beginning to recover from over two years of office work with no exercise habit. Thanks for creating something thorough but accessible. It will take more practice to master the balance, but that's so important as we age. I'll do it many times!
