This workout REALLY burns with 3 pounds. Five pounds may be very difficult.

@@RCFitnessOfficial I just did it yesterday and I'm glad I stuck with the 3 pounds! I felt like I could have done some of the workout with the 5s, but with the no break format the 3 pounds were definitely enough.
