I was surprised to find a straight-up Fallout vault in a fantasy game. Mineshaft 14's vault door even looks like a vault-tec one and opens with the same sound/animation as the older Fallout games. The mine dwellers even dress in blue outfits.

I've been playing Fallout New Vegas again, and it's bloody brilliant. One of the most memorable experiences for me is when I got to Nipton and encountered the legion for the first time. In Wasteland 2, there is a vendor that sells a "Water Chip #13". The description reads: "This looks like a controller chip from an old water purification system. These things can be pretty hard to get a hold of." There are at least two locations as references to several Fallout fan sites, like the a library with graffiti on the side of the The Fallout Archives logo, and a bar with a No Mutants Allowed sign on it.

When it comes to Fallout References in Other Games, one game that must be mentioned is Arcanum! Vendigroth Wastes looking like a Fallout world (desert as far as eye can see with underground ruins). School of magic Tulla located there, water magic master has a quest where they sent young mage to find water gem but after he returned all changed by the outside world he must be convinced by PC to leave (If convinced he can give various technological items). In underground Vendigroth ruins we can find barrels with radioactive sign. Arcanum was Troika game :P

The other day I watching a "video game" channel (who shall remain nameless) basically trashing TKs-Mantis as being out of touch and having no growth potential because of the Fallout focus. Not only did this statement make me sad, but considering the quality of the community here its just not true. Fallout brought so many people together for the love of this series, that I think not even Todd has any idea what he helped to create. Its very clearly moved beyond the main FO games. In Red Dead Redemption 2 are I think 2 fo4 references. One is a shack in New Austin that blows up when you ride too close to it like the moonshiner shack near gunners plaza. Second one is mama Murphys chair which you can find in the cave at beaver hollow

There was one in a Rouge RPG "Organ Trail" Game both in PC, Consoles and Mobile there is a place called Bomb Shelter which pays homage to the Fallout series a whole!

In the game 60 Seconds, the player can have an event happen where a man in a blue jump suit shows up on your bunker door asking for a water chip. The player is confused and gets the option to give the wanderer some water bottles.

I recently started playing Ghostwire: Tokyo, and when I saw that I unlocked a “Fallout 4 Vault Suit”, I had to do a double-take before remembering it’s a Bethesda-published game. To make matters even crazier, I had _just_ finished a Fallout 4 playthrough before starting Ghostwire: Tokyo.

Found a weird thing though, technically bawls is a fallout ref, but it is also a real world soda that was placed in both fallout Brotherhood of steel and run like hell as more of a promotion than anything else as a marketing campaign.
