@Gypsyalchemy3336 ай бұрын
@@Matt-og6qv I find that I answer allot of questions that way and get " brain dirt " and unwanted thoughts out. I do it before meditation and if I have some hard times and or big decisions to make, I will do it when ever the F I want at home alone. NOW, walking down the street or hanging outside the subway doing it? That's a HARD NO :) I mean we do it internally anyways BUT vocalizing and getting it out there really is nothing but positive and evolving of oneself. keep on keeping on......

I feel like JW went through a lot in the past 10 years - from living your dream as a starting QB to getting bounced around as a backup. Can't be how he imagined it would or should go, but it's clearly made him a lot wiser and a lot more introspective

Sports make is so easy to get focused on other's race, it is a discipline to try to stick to looking at your own road in front of you....great points by JW. Ultimately, one has to decide if they see that in the end, it is you and the Lord....and that is pretty much it.
