@ko6081 Hi, I'm sorry you feel that way. I don't know what you went through, but I can tell you from my experience that in my teens, I was not happy with life. I didn't have a great relationship with my parents, I felt they didn't love me, I considered suicide might be a solution to making them feel bad, I hated my brothers and I hated life. But at 15, I suddenly realised that I had to work on myself and start looking at life with a different perspective. I stopped blaming everyone around me for how I was feeling... I started to look at what I needed to do to make myself a better person, I realised that I can only change things in my control, things happen for a reason and I started being grateful for what I did have, and not what I didn't. I started adopting a positive mindset and set a goal that I wanted to touch everyone in my life with positivity, if nothing else. If there are things you can't let go of because of things that happened, get help. It's hard to move on if you can't let go or don't address those traumas. I don't know if this helps, but don't dwell too much on the past, because you can't change that. Just focus on what you can do, moving forward! Good luck! (Also, there are lots of great videos on KZbin about how to start adopting a more positive mindset). Take baby steps... dont try to do too much at once. Wishing you all the best xx
