One of my income streams, comes from buying distressed properties, rebuilding them for resale or rental. House flipping, includes some risk, but if properly handled, can pay off well. One very common factor I have noticed with these properties, was every single one had some kind of satellite TV dish on them. So for houses that were generally used by people seasonally, as a summer beach getaway, unoccupied for winter months, they always seemed to have entertainment in common. Most of the properties would eventually be inherited after the owners pass away, by heirs that may have never even seen them. Since the tax bills would many times be ignored, these houses would get seized and auctioned by their towns for back taxes.

#7: summed up as having sources of passive income What has enabled my wife and I to live comfortably in retirement is having multiple streams of passive income, mainly from dividends on the investments we hold. There’s a different version of the old saying quoted in #7, which is: If you don’t earn income while you sleep, you will have to work until you die. Passive income is a wonderful thing. We usually receive our dividend payments twice a month, same as when we received our paychecks when we both worked, so we have a constant stream of money coming in. And…..we don’t spend all of it either - we reinvest what we don’t spend to earn even more passive income - it’s like giving ourselves a raise every month.

Alux lady does a Christian channel voice also. How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? And the scorners delight in their scorning, And fools hate knowledge? Turn you at my reproof: Behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you. Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded; But ye have set at nought all my counsel, And would none of my reproof: I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh; When your fear cometh as desolation, And your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; When distress and anguish cometh upon you. Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; They shall seek me early, but they shall not find me

Great job Alux team--you just hit another home run. All my life I thought I was crazy so it's good to know that I am not. It's extremely liberating to know that I was a victim of conditioning by the masses and that I live in a sick society. No more! Time to take back the power and consciously choose what I consume, my environment, what I eat, and the people I hang around. Thank you for all the value your team regularly produces. MONEY!

Can you imagine how the entire economy would function if everyone only replaced their items once they wear out. I think it would be almost impossible to avoid another great recession seriously. Some of the people buying new phones are selling their old phones so their real price may be lower than it seems. You quote: (Why buy a new iPhone every year when the old one works just the same)

MONEY The emotion of nervousness and that of excitement is literally the same. The difference lies in how your brain interprets it. People who interpret it as nervousness naturally feel afraid of facing challenges or accepting change. But it's a whole other story for the ones who feel excited. Ps. Your brain can easily be trained to change the interpretation
