@@brandishaccount5439 According to a folk who reported a bug on Nexus, "Goris showed up out of nowhere in the capital wasteland for me, haven't even been to New Vegas once yet". It seems like this is a bug related to Goris following the player without being hired and maybe It isn't a TTW specific incompatibility, especially, accoding to another user there, "found Goris outside the museum at Nellis AFB" which isn't where he's supposed to be. You could, of course, just disable the mod and renable when you're planning on going to Jacobstown to have no chance on running into Goris when you're not supposed to (that's actually what I would do, hell, I might actually download this and do just that). Found from personal experience that New Vegas is fairly resilient to putting and removing mods mid-playthrough even though both aren't recommended (especially the latter).

Nice to see my Carbon weapons included here! Definitely get the criticism with how "bright" the textures are. I plan on going through and making some patches and improvements to my older mods once I finish up my current round of projects (Park Ranger PA from F76, Midwestern BoS APA from Tactics, F.E.T.C.H. Unit from F76, Handmade Pistol from Brotherhood of Steel, and Institute Laser Rifle from F4), so i'll see abour making some alrernate less saturated textures for the pack and include them as an optional download in the installer. Thanks again for the coverage! Always nice to see my stuff in the wild. 😊

@Mutant_Mods I kinda just eyeballed in terms of size, since the art styles of NV and BoS are totally different and 1:1 between them would look super weird. Entirely possible I went too far either way. And nothing wrong with being critical about my stuff. Helps me to improve. 👍

@@conanmaolcheann5088 tactics apart from the gauss mini gun and the P94 plasma rifle, it uses cold war era and some WW2 era guns, fallout ORIGINALLY still had things progress as it did with military technology, the point in time were fallout diverges from ours is with the sino-soviet split, bethesda seems the think the series is just the 50s but forever. If you want the game to have more tactics guns, their is the original classic fallout weapons mod (textures are dated but some of the guns are more lore accurate unlike the more up to date mod like the pulse rifle from fallout 2) or you could get weapons of the new millennia, it adds the cold war era and some early 21st century guns to vendors and NPCs but it doesn't have the WW2 guns.

@@delta2372 Thanks. Another aspect of weapons that often gets left out of discussions is the melee/unarmed weapons. Tactics had some really cool post-apocalyptic cobbled together melee weapons that I'd like to see brought over to New Vegas like the mace fist, the various spears, or the wasp sting

Classic Fallout pipe gun that makes mechanical sense. The old school combat armor looks better than any combat armor from FO3, FO:NV, and FO4/76. The Riot Armor variants are still my favorite, but damn does that Combat Armor mod look good. I would like many of the weapons and armor from Fallout Tactic to make a return. I'm sure there's mods out there. There was a good veriaty. With some weapons and armor being unique to the Reavers and Beast Lords.

what i did was use Classic Radscorpion Retexture, and edited it to work on Barkscorpions only, while i used Classic Creatures Style Retexture, removing everything BUT the radscorpion textures, because i prefer that one only as im pairing both these mods with Desert Natural Creatures while removing teh scorpion modifications. now everything looks like something that would be in the Mojave while just having a better quality look.

Those classic Sentry bots feature is my favorite so far given it always urked me how many robots in the old Fallout games that never appeared in the fallout 3, New Vegas Fallout 4 and also Fallout 76. Also on another note for those who didn't notice this. But the classic sentry bots are pretty much a homage to the ED-209 robots in the robocop movies.

I played Fallout NV for the second time last year after getting it for free on EGS. That playthrough made me realize it's my favorite Fallout game, but the unfortunate thing is the EGS version doesn't allow for any script extender mods so I was very limited in my option of what mods to use. I later bought the Steam version and after I'm done clearing up some of my other backlog I'd like to do a proper modded playthrough of FNV with much better gun mechanics and harder difficulty.
