I don’t want to see Rhea Ripley go another year with the Women’s World Title, but Triple H needs to give her more credible women to work with. The match against Charlotte Flair last year was the best women’s match of 2023, but up until Becky Lynch this past weekend, if I’m being honest, her reign has been pretty underwhelming. And even the Becky match wasn’t at the level of the Charlotte match. At the moment, unless someone like Bianca Belair gets drafted, I don’t know who beats her for the title. She’s literally disposed of everyone on the RAW roster who is even half over.

While watching mania with my brother this weekend both of us agreed we haven't enjoyed wrestling like this since we were kids. Just enjoying the ride, not truly trying to see from the business side who needs to win and getting into the characters portrayed in each story. Its fun and exciting again.

Gunther, for me, lost nothing at Wrestlemania. I didn't feel Sami overpowered him as much as Gunther played himself. He got cocky and got bested. Once he's back and zero'ed in, it's over for whoever has the title he desires. I'd like to see Rollins vs GUNTHER as WHC in WM41.

Dijak could be a great mid-card monster heel on the main roster. His matches are always great, and he does some of the biggest spots on NXT every week safely and reliably. If you haven't seen the Dijak/Briggs/Femi triple threat from this weekend you should go watch it! Also, Jacob Fatu can get an instant push if they choose. He was trained by Rikishi and has a very traditional Samoan move set that will fit with the WWE style. His moonsault is insane and will instantly be the best in the company as soon as he debuts.

I miss the way they did the first draft. You had Mcmahon and Angle in one room going over the whole roster to try and make the best show and get the best superstars, then you had Flair going over his strategies w/cronies and it just looked like they were actively strategizing over who was left and how to build things. I don't like the newer random select feel of recent drafts. The 2016 draft was like this and it really made it feel like they were trying to build genuinely good brands, not just randomly shuffling people around. Also make sure Sheamus is on the brand with the IC title and that he gets to complete his grand slam story by mania.

Only thing I want to say is at the beginning wilbourn says: “no belts better change in the draft” I really do think they’re going to hard set the belts set to certain shows. We’ll probably see the gms or HHH say the belts stay on their shows; therefore, those champions don’t get drafted and just start on those shows (WHCs to raw, wwe champions to smackdown, IC on raw, etc).

Cody needs to be champion at least into SummerSlam. Priest vs McIntyre will likely happen at Clash at the Castle. Gunther will win the '25 Rumble and win at WM. Tiffany will win MitB and will end the year as world champion, likely cashing in on Bayley.

Only a true, hard brand split fixes this. The individual brand champions are defacto number one and two contenders for the universal championship but must vacate in order to challenge for the title. Edit: MITB holders can not challenge for the universal title unless they first cash in and win one of the individual brand championships. IMO, it is the only way to maintain all three belts but you have to dedicate yourself to a true brand split and make the rules mean something.

I’d have Cody go on a long title run and around Survivor Series, have Heyman begin a program with Rhodes where he will have an opponent for Cody at the rumble. Cody comes out to his entrance and Paul Heyman comes out and the lights go out and we have a new Roman reigns, a new attitude, a chief ready to reclaim his gold by his side is his trusted wisemen. Cody defeats Roman and after the match, as Roman is shocked he failed to reclaim his title, he goes after Cody in the ring but hands him the title and shakes his hand, acknowledging Cody as the one who beat him fair and square. This frees up Roman for an eventual clash with The Final Boss at Mania 41.
