It used to be Vince's way or the highway with very little influence from the performers unless you were one of top guys. The environment Triple H is fostering is one of freedom for the performers. The thing that you are hearing is how everyone was on pins and needles every show wondering what Vince was gonna change this time. Triple H will be more receptive to ideas. I feel like now, more than any other time in WWE's history, it will be in the hands of the performers, rather than any backstage creative, to get over with the fans.
