Sorry for the wait on this Outlook resource! Feel free to yell at me like my son does, MIIIIKE!!! That’s interesting, there seems to be a recent demand for Access and Access Expert, although when I uploaded 3 projects on it. No one seemed interested at the time. Not sure why but I can start looking into it. Don’t forget to watch part 2 of Outlook next week! I hope this video helps you study.

Hey Mike, this is an excellent study tool and I appreciate your help! Just a question on the manage contacts section near 8:53 point on the video. Adding a contact to a group is not working out for me. Yikes! I'm stuck. Could the process have changed for newer versions of outlook?

Same issue. And my "flag follow up" ONLY has a flag message, not the items he has in the scroll down. Yet the Outlook "new" app that is crap by the way, is not formatted like this but the flag option DOES give the custom option but looks nothing like this custom and isn't really custom lol. wth? ETA: I have to go to actual contacts in order for the "flag" to have those drop down options.

Thanks for letting me know. It’s hard because if I slow down then I get complaints about going to slow. Everyone has different speeds. Keep in mind, these exams you need to complete 35 questions in 50 minutes so you gotta be able to process the questions fast.
