I loved them all, but my favorites were the first succulent (tip 352), the pointsettia (tip 366) and the dahlia flower (tips 79 and 80). Not only was the piping pure perfection but the colors were absolutely gorgeous! Thank you so much for posting this video - I loved it!

I know that this doesn't refer to this video, but I have a problem. Just a few hours ago I made your "Stiff" Buttercream to use to frost and pipe. I followed the recipe to the letter and it definitely was NOT stiff! I couldn't get piping to hold at all. No, it wasn't hot in my home or my kitchen. I do not understand. I added some more powdered sugar...still could not pipe a flower. Nothing was out of the ordinary. Do you think a night in the fridge would do any good? I hate to waste all of the ingredients! ANY suggestions?

Hi Deb 😊, thank you for trying out my recipe. I assume you're referring to my Buttercream recipe with shortening. If that is the case, the buttercream will be become stiff the day after (you will see this instruction in the video description and also in the written recipe in the troubleshooting section). It is normal (as stated in written recipe) for this recipe to be soft at first. The shortening will firm up the buttercream naturally overtime hence making the buttercream stiff. You can also place the buttercream in the fridge in cases where it is very hot, but you will find the buttercream can then become hard quickly. If that is the case you will have to wait for it to soften again. I hope that helps.
