I’m a similar skin tone to you Julia but I use to be paler so all my foundation where superrrr light and I didn’t want to re buy all my high end foundations again I watched this video and oh my god! Those little elf correctors are the best thing I’ve ever bought I bought the yellow one and the bronze one and finally I can wear my huda and born this way foundation because they now match my skin!!

Julia, I just got my daydream palette today and compared it against my Huda and the UCANBE Roma that I got months ago. I prefer the UCANBE Huda dupe over the Alter Ego. The shimmers in the Alter Ego are WOW but they have a silver undertone vs. gold on my fave shades. Also the key lilac shade is missing. With shipping the Alter Ego was $23, but UCANBE is only $13. If there are viewers like me that don’t want a chunky pressed shimmer, go UCANBE. The mattes are smoother and easier to work with and its $10 cheaper.

Omg, I use the ELF foundation drops too!! I thought I was the only one using these things. They enable me to use just about any foundation in my collection. I also love the ABH clear brow gel, I use it every day; we also agree on the Fenty flyliner and Too Faced Natural Lust. I've been using Alter Ego's Daydream palette for about two weeks straight lol.

You should check out the loreal lip liners in 110 112 and 114......the names are all a phun on the word matte.....but they are really creamy and similar to the colourpop but I like them a little more. And with colourpops price creeping up.....

I love the look I get from people when I tell them my age (near 60 can pass for 40). SUNSCREEN. every day since I was 17. cannot express enough how important it is and what a difference it makes. I also use it on the backs of my hands - those age terribly and are usually a 'tell'. oh - and it does help prevent skin cancer. :-)

I have kind of gotten to the point in my collection that, if its not unique and something I've never seen before (especially when it comes to eyeshadow), I do my best to talk myself out if it. There are some beautiful eyeshadow palettes but if I take away the packaging, I probably have all those colors. Lips too. I got caught up in the "KZbin Collection" type mentality and stopped bc the whole point is to find the things that are my holey grails. Once I find those, I dont need to keep hoarding.

Hello Julia, I really like your videos, you are very professional, I feel like you have a lot of knowledge about eyeshadow palettes, you are quickly becoming a person that I believe in and trust you're opinions, I have watched a lot of your videos and maybe I missed it, before I ask this of you, I did try to find out myself by searching in the search box but I did not find exactly what I was looking for, but kind of, ok now here we go, ready, I know that you really like the melt Gemini eyeshadow palette and the colour-pop Just My Luck palette and you like the kaledios 3pc beautiful palettes(all greenish) and I believe that you talked about the former brand of kaledios named kaledio and you did a video about the neutral palette,and you liked it, now I was hoping that you would take a look at the other former palette by kaledio named aquaholic(greenish as well)and tell me what you think about it(is the formula the same as the neutral one),it should be a good video for you to do, I mean I think you might enjoy it as well because it's a green palette, oh guess what it smells like eucalyptus as well, I find the smell very pleasing and very different, it almost makes me feel like I'm putting something healthy on my eyes or at least not harmful, well as much as it can be expected because eucalyptus is a pretty substantial smell right lol, oh If by any chance you have reviewed it already, maybe you would be so kind as to put a link in for me or if you are familiar with the palette that I'm referring to and you already have thoughts about it, (maybe that's why you didn't speak about it when you spoke about the neutral one) then maybe you would be so kind as to just reply to this message and tell me your thoughts and that way you wouldn't even have to make a whole video.
