Never buy in Greece, I know people that travelled there in the 70’s and there was social unrest, and in 2008, the government hyper taxed real estate across the country

Greece is one of the safest countries in the world, the entire international jet set and many world stars holiday there and many of them own houses in Greece. And the Greek government has introduced a real estate tax, a tax that exists everywhere in the world

So many Europeans buy house and live in the coast parts of country and Turkey is as safe as any good rank country .Each year 17 million visit this country .Food is excellent ,cheap and Turkish people is one of the best friendly people to foreigners
