if you really want to farm, the best method is the following: create a deck with only lvl1 (common) and lvl 3 (rare) cards and only 1-2 level 13 cards. In all "party" mode battles the enemy it is found according to the card level, so your opponent will be very weak. Seeing is believing.

Me and my friend exploited the glitch and completed 30 crown chest tiers... in 2 days... and of course... it was soo much fun. It did work today(Tuesday). When we tried to use 2 or 1 card, matchmaking took forever. So, we tried to play with 8+4 cards. Hog spam.. and it did work(35 threecrown streak). I guess matchmaking is based on sum of levels of cards and as out main cheese cards were not maxed, matchmaking was impossible. For those who face similar matchmaking trouble, try our deck. (Hog, ice golem, mirror, freeze)+(hog, valk, minions, freeze, rage, mirror, poison, ice spirit) Our troops cards were above level 12 and our opponents were level 9 mostly. So that was soo much FUN. You just 3 crown within 3 minutes with easy defence and immortal offence of hogs+rage+freeze. The bug could be fixed either during balance changes or by an optional update. Try before it's going out forever. Wish you people who wanna try this out with good luck ; )

I am new lvl 10 player and I am constantly being matched with 11,12 and 13s. My highest cards are also of lvl 10 but only couple of them are of lvl 10 . And to beat them (opponents) with these cards , is very hard and sometimes even impossible. I am not satisfied with this matchmaking.😐
