This is absolute trash - 1. Looking for excitement and escaping boredom are 2 sides of the same coin. The goal should be to be present. Do what you do with full awareness and being in the moment. 2. Feeling trapped is continuation of making the mistake of looking for excitement. Once you tell yourself your current situation is not worth your time, you will start to feel trapped. And your negative thoughts will attract more negativity. Instead of focussing on whats not working, clear your head and ask yourself what you rather spend your time doing and shift your focus to it. Slowly and surely you will notice doors opening to take you where you want to go. 3. Feeling tired is not necessarily an indication of someone wasting life. There could be health or even mental issues. Even if there aren't any such issues, feeling grateful for everything that you do have in life can get your energy back. 4. This is the most ridiculous one. Having no purpose and just being is closer to experiencing bliss than subjecting yourself to some illusionary purpose dictated by an industrial society. Your goal as a human being is to experience and enjoy every day life. Make enough money to feed yourself (and family), a decent house and keep needs to the minimum. I didn't bother to correct the rest of the points cos all of them sing the same tune.

Nobody really knows how hard I tried to build a life for myself. I met with great resistance in my twenties through about 35 on top of hellish childhood. What I went through as an adult was worse than what I experienced in my childhood. I was totally set up for failure time and time again. I am relieved that I am not wasting my life. At the beginning of the video, I was worried and wondering how many of the points I would say yes to... but that is not the case.... However this is a serious and chronic situation that affects many. I remember when I was much younger, and felt like a tiny insignificant dot...Persons who find themselves in this scenario, just remember two things...1. Happiness really comes from inside( if you rely on others and on external things to make you happy; you may never be happy). Think on what you have versus what you want. Think on the good things in your life and not only the bad. Think on those who really love you, more than those you want to love you. 2. Your past is in your head but your future is in your hands. What you do today can mark a whole world of difference tomorrow.

GAME! I couldn't watch this video last week and tbh, I was lazy and wasted the last Sunday that I didn't even watch this video. Last week was stagnate and tbh, few weeks have been like this and I wanted to change it this weekend. Yesterday, I was able to spend some quality time with my family. I had a purposeful Saturday. Today, I did all my basic stuff, had a good nap in the afternoon, and started upskilling in one of the key skills for my job. I was postponing it for some time now and put in 3 hours in the evening for it. Feeling happy and accomplished. Now, I watched and took notes from your videos.
